After failing to come to a middle ground with the local BMW dealership I decided to bring my vehicle to Bavarian Motor Cars for repair. They had taken care of my previous vehicle so I knew I would be in good hands. What happened next could not be predicted. AJ worked with my after market warranty company to get my car completely repaired in addition to another defect that needed to be addressed, all for thousands less than what the dealership quoted me. I am now not only driving my X5, I am driving confidence! Additionaliy, I was updated every step of the way so I knew exactly what to expect. Thank you Bavarian Motor Cars!

I have been using Bavarian for several years and have always been pleased with their work. They are very professional, give detailed information on what work they are doing, are very courteous, and responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. My BMW is 12 years old and they treat it as if it were a new car and when I leave there I feel like I do have a new car. I would highly recommend Bavarian for anyone wanting the best care for their BMW.

AJ and his team were extremely professional and customer service focused. They truly went above and beyond to not only perform the multiple repairs that my car needed, but more importantly, they made me feel valued and I received a fair price for the exceptional service. I highly recommend Bavarian.

I had my 2013 335i convert towed to Bavarian thinking the transmission was gone. Wrong! They quickly diagnosed a throttle body pipe (?.?) problem, not the transmission at all. While there I also had several services performed. Satisfied with the work. Not inexpensive, but good quality work.
